Itinerary for SAIPAL Himal Trek
Day 01: Kathmandu to Nepalgunj
Day 02: Nepalgunj to Dadeldhura
Day 03: Dadeldhura to Chainpur (last transportation Point)
Day 04: Chainpur to Rest in Chainpur
Day 05: Chainpur to Talkot
Day 06: Talkot to Jima or Ghat
Day 07: Jima to Panshera
Day 08: Panshera to High camp
Day 09: Sightseeing to High camp
Day 10: High camp to Panshera
Day 11: Panshera to Kurio/ Little down to Ghat
Day 12: Kurio to Agloghat
Day 13: Agloghat to ChainPur (arrive by 2 0' clock and rest)
Day 14, 15 and 16 to Kathmandu

-This is the one way of doing trekking in the SAIPAL HIMAL Side only which will take 16 days to 20 days with good rest and slow walking.

- There is SAIPAL Pass and URAI LAGNA Pass which is different from SAIPAL HIMAL. Urai Lagna Pass is situated exactly in the boarder of Nepal and Tibet (china).

-To go to the SAIPAL Pass and Urai Lagna Pass , another route is to be followed from Panshera. Panshera is the place where we can be at the 8 th day from Kathmandu and at the 11 th day after visiting SAIPAL HIMAL trek on the way back to Chainpur. Urai Lagna Pass can be seen when you are at the top of SAIPAL Bhanjyang (Pass)
